We acknowledge the challenges that our families, children, and staff face, and we work to remove barriers to access and opportunities to further their education and economic mobility.
We bring community resources to our families and staff.
We teach, support, and encourage all individuals to advocate for themselves and their families.

We provide evidence-based, data-informed programming that meets people where they are.
We foster environments where every voice is heard, respected, and valued, and everyone feels a sense of belonging.
We ensure that our staff understand and are responsive to the needs and lived experiences of the children, caregivers, and communities we serve.
