AVANCE-Dallas recently launched the new school year with a heartwarming and successful first day of programs. Parents received a warm welcome and introduction to the curriculum, meeting the teachers who will guide their children throughout the year. Meanwhile, children enjoyed fun, interactive activities designed to help them adjust to their new classroom environment, connect with classmates, and bond with their teacher.
“What made this first day truly special was how easily the children adapted,” said AVANCE-Dallas ECE Coordinator Noemí Patiño. Rather than typical first-day jitters, students eagerly participated in classroom routines, followed instructions, and even managed group activities like bathroom breaks with confidence. Both parents and children left excited for a year full of growth and learning opportunities.
