(Resultados Saludables a trav\u00e9s de Prevenci\u00f3n y Apoyo Temprano)<\/strong> es un esfuerzo conjunto de una coalici\u00f3n de organizaciones sin fines de lucro del norte de Texas que tiene como objetivo crear el mejor entorno posible para que los ni\u00f1os del Condado de Dallas crezcan y prosperen.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tComo funciona\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>AVANCE-North Texas adopta un enfoque personalizado para prevenir el abuso y la negligencia infantil. Esto se logra a trav\u00e9s de dos visitas mensuales en persona o virtuales. Dependiendo de los objetivos establecidos, el programa puede durar de tres a doce meses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During these individualized visits, the enrolled participant and everyone living in the home are given resources, referrals, and guidance on various issues based on the family&#8217;s needs and goals.
